Mr. Adrian Camano is a passionate and dynamic music educator, conductor, and baritone who believes that music is more than just a subject—it is a gateway to empathy, self-discovery, and human connection. His teaching philosophy centers on nurturing students’ cognitive, social, and emotional development through a holistic educational approach. In both classroom and rehearsal spaces, he fosters a welcoming, high-expectation environment where students feel valued and empowered to explore their musical potential.
From August 2022 to June 2025, Mr. Camano served as the Director of Choral Activities and Vocal Music Teacher at Delaware Valley Regional High School (Del Val) in Frenchtown, NJ. Additionally, he sponsored 16 students for selection to county, state, and national honor choirs, including the CJMEA Region II Chorus, NJMEA All-State Chorus, and NAfME All-Eastern Honor Choir. He also founded the Annual Del Val District Choral Festival to promote vertical recruitment and collaboration with sending districts and invited esteemed guest clinicians—including Professor Christine Bass, Barbara Retzko, Dr. Nicholas McBride, Dr. Wayne Mallette, and Mr. Anthony Rafaniello—to work with his ensembles.
